At CommonWealth Stamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To arrange a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email and confirm if your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (via Square).
- Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
3. Shipping Costs
- Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund until the item has been safely returned.
4. Exceptions
Due to the collectible nature of some stamps, refunds may not be possible if items have been damaged after delivery.
